    Street-facing rooms face significant noise challenges with drunks and music echoing all night!!! Management needs to address soundproofing issues for a hotel of this age and supposed stature!!!

    Very nice historical hotel and excellent location.

    We asked for a top floor but it needs two sets of lifts to go up. They should get the police to stop the noise from the back bar at 4 in the morning!
